HDMI signal failure

I see a few people have had a similar problem, whereby the monitor has stopped connecting with the PC. I changed the graphics card no luck and even the display port has stopped working. Next step I guess to change the mother board anybody done this and how much is a new mother board for an I5 core ?

is this a PCS system, if so then please post the full specs from your orders page, you'll find instructions how to that in the link that @TonyCarter posted
