Having an OS Disk

Hi,
After a long break (9+ years) I've now received my new PCS laptop that runs Win 11 Pro (Elimnia Pro 16) with 2 x 1TB SOLIDIGM P41+ GEN 4 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSDs.

Is it still considered good practice to use one disk for the OS and one for data? If so, what is the best way to set this up and what are the best tools to use to do this?

Any advice and guidance on this would be much appreciated.
Thank you

If you ordered it with Windows then the 2 drives should already be set up, so what is it that you want to do with them specifically?

If it's about keeping the user folders (documents, pictures, videos, etc.) on another drive, then you'll just have to move them...

If you want to install games on the secondary drive, then simply direct the game launcher install location to the 2nd drive (although 1TB is not a very large capacity for gaming drives nowadays).
