Have Up To A HD 7970 As a First Graphics Card Option??

I would like to see this as I would like to g a bit cheaper on Graphics, and this would be good

Is is available to choose, but not on all machines, I don't think its a choice on the cheaper Intel and AMD gaming machines or on PC's where it wouldn't really be needed, but on most of the gaming PC's it is a choice.
