Whats the difference/benefit between the two HDD below

500GB Seagate Momentus XT Hybrid 32mb cache 7200rpm

and the

500GB WD Scorpio Black 16mb cache 7200rpm

the cache is bigger and i think that is the one with the small flash drive (4GB I think) makes it faster
