I just had my PC returned this morning from PC Specialist after having the cooling system replaced
The PC boots and all seems fine except now Windows tells me I have 2 hard drives instead of the 3 I had before.
The 3 hard drives I should have:
1x
4TB CORSAIR CORE XT MP600 NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD (up to 5000 MB/R, 4400 MB/W)
(Drive C)
2 x
20TB SEAGATE IRONWOLF PRO 3.5", 7200 RPM 256MB CACHE
(Drives D & E)
Now Windows finds the SSD (drive C) and only 1 of the Seagate HDD's (drive D).
Drive E is not listed.
I've looked up Disk Management in the Computer Management app and it also only finds 2 drives.
I heard some odd clicking noises the first time I booted the PC up on reconnecting it but I don't know if that's relevant.
I generally know my way around PCs but I'm not a computer expert. Feeling pretty down about all this too, I bought this PC as a treat to myself and I've already had to return it twice in 10 months due to 2 failed cooling systems. Having something new wrong with it the day I get it back is really the last thing I needed.
