Hard Drive Issue

When I boot up my PC it beeps once then tells me that there is no detected hard drive, it restarts and begins the same process, only after it restarts it beeps once then boots directly into windows with no problems.

The same issue occurs everytime I boot up my pc, is this anything to worry about?

It certainly shouldnt be saying no hard drive detected. Sound like a lose cable. If you open the side of the case, just check the cabling for the Drive is in tight both on the motherboard and the hard drive itself. Its possible something came lose in transit.
