Great service

Just wanted to say just had great service from PCS.
Called them to add some RGB fans to my order as the system wouldn't let me, phone was answered in minutes, the system even told me how long, then spoke to a pleasant chap who is sorting it out for me. Told me that I'm waiting for my graphics card an (RTX 2060Super), which should be in this week and all things being equal my order should go into build early next week.

It is a shame voice recignition and AI software has improved so much. A good trick to get a human operator on the old robot systems was to ask for fried warthog with a cactus salad, or something equally insane. After a couple of repeats the Robovoice would say please wait while you are transferred.

I hate talking to machines on the phone.

I recently had a problem ordering an additional power supply for my Lafite 14" Pro laptop. Using the website chat feature the problem was resolved quickly and effectively. I was impressed.
