As said above it satisfies the requirements of the card in all but the most important aspect, the power supply which you didn't list. You need to tell us what power supply you have as it's almost the most important component to check when deciding whether to upgrade a graphics card.

There's only really three things to look out for when choosing a graphics card:

1: Motherboard - Does your PC have the correct graphics interface, for pretty much all modern cards this means do you have a PCI-E slot?
2: Power Supply - Does your PSU provide enough power? Different cards have different requirements, some need more power than others, some need a 6 pin connector and some need bot a 6 pin and an 8 pin or two of either.
3: Case - Is there enough space inside the case? Graphics cards come in different sizes, some are longer than others, some are wider than others, some cases are more compact and longer cards won't fit, some PC's have extra cards in the slots and a wide graphics card won't fit, some more compact cases may fit the card but not leave enough room for decent airflow which will cause overheating.

Hey again, thanks for all the help so far - Im pretty new to this stuff but hopefully these photos will help:)
p.s i essentially just took a picture of the entire inside - thought it would be more helpful 3.jpg4.jpg5.jpg7.jpg9.jpg
Thankyou
p.s 2) is it meant to be kinda dusty or should the fans get rid of that? it has been really loud especially while gaming, not sure why though, maybe a new GPU would help

Dust is normal. You should be cleaning the desktop from time to time. Google the model of the psu, find the type of psu and verify it meets the requirements of the new gpu you wish to get.
