Graphics Card Coil Whine!! :/

Hi guys and gals,

First I want to wish you all a happy new year as 2020 is 2 days away!! But back to the matter; my graphics card suffers from coil whine and is noticeable dependant on what application is being used. (E.g. A more demanding game = more coil whine compared to a less demanding game) My graphics card is an AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB. Is there any way to reduce the coil whine?

Is it definitely the graphics card? And not the PSU. It's easy to mis-identify, and I've done it before, so I ask.

What sort of instances are you / aren't you getting coil whine in in gaming? e.g. what games at what settings?

And what's your full system spec?

I'm almost certain its the graphics card. It tends to get loud when I play games such as Call Of Duty (BO4 and MW) on max settings so when I turn the settings down, the whine goes down with it, thus making me believe it to be the graphics card. My full system specs are as follows;
