GPU Intel or Nvidia??

Hi there, I've got my Optimus II with this specs:

I thought it will have only a Nvidia but it has a Intel HD also. Not to much settings in control panel for Nvidia but lots for Intel HD. Are all the Optimus II coming with 2 video cards???

The Optimus II laptop supports Optimus technology.

Essentially you have two GPU's. the Geforce 540M GT and the Intel HD 3000 which is built into your CPU. The 540M GPU provides superior performance but uses more battery power; when your system is not performing any GPU intensive tasks it should automatically disable your 540M and operate the Intel HD 3000 GPU.

You also have a button on your laptop which allows you to activate optimus.
