Getting In Touch with PCS

Open discussion is always a good thing in my book; so why not start another thread I thought!
Anyhow I sent an email to PCS today enquiring about my pre-production machine curious about the
availability of the HDD I had chosen. I had left the office to grab a bite to eat and by the time I had returned
PCS had replied letting me know that the status of my machine had been updated and that it was heading into
testing.

No doubt they receive their fair share of emails, but investigated and replied to within 1hour!
Absolutely excellent,

I could say exactly the same.

I think it's significant that, through the forum, PCS actively encourage prospective customers to get in touch with former customers. Such a refreshing change from companies that try to ignore, silence or belittle their customers' feedback.

I've learned quite a bit just from looking though the different builds and what everyone else is planning on using their machines for.
Besides a few posts here and there is a great way to pass the time while watching the "My Orders" page twice a day. It's almost as bad
as the first time I picked up myself an eBay account!

Agree with the above. Originally found this forum via an online recommendation about PCS/laptops which led me in turn to configure my own laptop. Suffice to say I am now a very satisfied customer with a brand new Optimus. The level of service and support from PCS I have found to be excellent. As a relative novice I am also extremely grateful for the amount of info and advice posted by forum members. A great way to learn. Such a resource could be a Pandora's box to some but I for one might never have become a customer without it!

That along with the professional website brought me much comfort and trust when it came to making the final order! Haven't felt in the least way worried that my order was in the wrong hands or that I have taken any risk in making an order with PCS. Much of that has been due to the forums for me.
