Hey guys. What's that deal with driver updates? I've been to the Nvidia site and "Your product manufacturer requires you to download a driver for your device from their website". Where do I download updated drivers from and how frequently will they be updated?

i'd suggest using the nvidia drivers that were provided on a disk in your welcome pack, then when its installed, click update and do it tht way.

I have no way of using the CD's that came with the computer, not one computer in my household has a cd-rom drive.... Any online support at all? I've been on the PC Specialist website, when I click on my system there are no files available.

Hi Stelca,

You can download the release drivers from the Clevo website: http://www.clevo.com.tw/en/e-services/Download.asp

In the Model field, select P150EM/P150EM1/P170EM. The Vortex III 15" chassis is the P150EM and the Vortex III 17" is the P170EM. You can then select the VGA driver and download the 680M x64 drivers (version 302.77). The drivers provided with your disk are 302.71, there is little to no noticeable difference.

Have you been experiencing any issues with certain games? I'm having a few problems that I believe to be driver related. At the moment there are no proper 680M drivers available, however hopefully a WHQL 304.xx driver release is just around the corner. This should then be available from www.geforce.com.

Hey Dangro,

I haven't experienced any issues yet, although the only game I have played is BF3. The primary use for this machine is content creation, mainly video editing and the drivers work fine with the Adobe Suite although may sites say there should be issues I haven't experienced any.

Thanks for the info.
