Hi I'm looking into a buying a custom PC from PC specialist it will be mainly be used for gaming and streaming to twitch, my budget is £2000 and I will need a OS but I do not need any extras such as monitor as I have those already. I would really appreciate any advice on specs or build.

The Intel quad core i7s like the 7700k are generally a bit better and a lot cheaper for gaming, but for streaming the extra cores of the Intel extremes can have an advantage since the CPU needs to encode the video while also running the game.

AMD are expected to launch their Ryzen CPUs imminently (with a couple of weeks) however, and these are expected to offer performance very similar to the multi-core Intel CPUs for much less cash. So you might want to hold fire a couple of weeks and check your options then.
