Is this a good gaming pc? i will be playing mw3, bf3, crysis 2, minecraft and other intensive things like photoshop and servers!
And will i get the driver disc as i havent got win 7?

Can you tell us what your budget is as people might be able to come up with a slightly better spec for you, also are you using a single of multiple monitors ?

What driver disc did you mean ? you will get the disc for your motherboard and GPU.

drop to a quad core CPU and use the cash for a better case

drop to the 1gb 560 unless you are on high resolutions over 1080p

COOLERMASTER ELITE 310 BLUE CASE - better case for improved cooling, kinda necessary to stop your PC from overheating, id recommend adding fans to the 2 empty slots available (side and front) allowing for improved air flow, you may have an old PC with the right size fans (i think its 80mm slots on the case)

Processor (CPU)
AMD PHENOM II X4 955 (3.20GHz/8MB CACHE/AM3) - BLACK EDITION - no need for 6 core at your budget, its overkill anyway for anyone who gets it and most games only recommend quad core, but very few actually use them yet, its also clocked higher than your chosen 6 core and the next one up from this is only £6 if you can afford it
