Gaming PC for The Sims 4 + Youtube Content Creation

Hi all, I've been researching various builds for a gaming PC over the past month and would appreciate your expert advice. The build will need to prioritise The Sims 4 gaming at ultra settings, 1440p resolution, Youtube uploading and editing and streaming (the latter is more of a future plan so not necessarily required now). I've currently saved £1.5k to bump that up to £2k (with the potential for more) on purchase in the future around June/July 2024. What would be your spec recommendations please? Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Right now, here's where I'd go for your needs. You could make it cheaper (the 4070 Super is arguably overkill for the Sims, but would be awesome for video editing), but this is how I'd spend the top end of your budget.
