Will help with cooling - laptops run hotter so anything you can do to help cool it while gaming is worth it - esp as is only £9
The silver warranty is £5 and means your covered for collection costs for a year rather than a month in case the worst happens

i dont think silver waranty is for me :p im from greece so... i ll be in uk only for june....i dont think they re going to pay collection cost from greece

Uh just so you know, i think that the UK is turning down greek immigrants for holiday or work due to the euro crisis

turning down the GREEK (immigrants?) during the olympic games in london... i dont think that is true but anyway im comming to england really often so i dont think i ll any probs :D

Yay! off topic!, getting back to the PC I think that the thermal paste would help allot but you also have to bare in mind that the graphics card (which I assume is the only option for your specified laptop) may well have some problems running the newer games on the highest settings (by new I mean Crysis 2 & Battlefield 3) so if you looking for the top specs on the most powerful games, consider getting a PC (as you said that money was an issue) unless you require it to be portable

I'd suggest you get the Samsung 8gb 1600mhz RAM.
It's cheaper than the Kingston but it delivers the same performance levels.

I already have a pc which im going to sell to get a new laptop.... im accually not an extreme gamer im playing games like mw3 diablo3 pes12 and LOL but i like playing on ultra....and im a bit pcmaniac :p

yes but hyper-x has better cooling system and on laptops the cooling is really ipmortant.....
