Hello.
I am looking to buy a custom PC for gaming (running GTA V, FS22, ETS2, etc.), a little bit of video editing and school work (Office suite). I have never done this before and don't really have a budget, but I don't want to go much higher than I have already specced unless it will make a HUGE difference. I have an LG22M38A (discontinued, 1920 x 1080 60Hz) display that I am thinking of upgrading in the next couple of years.

I'd recommend something completely different, based on good-value current generation items, rather than higher-tier but older generation components. The generational improvement means you get much better performance pound-for-pound.

I'd really consider an upgrade to that display at some point, though. You could either go for 1080p 144Hz (e.g. the AOC 24G2) or 1440p 144Hz (e.g. the Gigabyte M27Q), but if you go for the latter you should also think about a graphics card upgrade as well, which obviously increases the price significantly.
