£900 and a GTX 1070 isn't going to happen pretty much any way you slice it.

A GTX 1060 6gb would handle those games on high settings (at 1080p res). The motherboard is more expensive than you need it to be. You're not overclocking, running SLI, using an M.2 SSD, using a -K CPU or basically making use of any of the features it offers/ is designed around. The faster RAM is nice to have and can have an impact in gaming performance (particularly in FO4 as it happens: http://www.hardwareunboxed.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1570 ). A WD black is nice but it's expensive and you can live with a normal HDD very happily.

I'd strongly suggest a better CPU cooler as well.

If you need to start slicing off £££ then something like:

With a GTX 1070 it's £1153. I also upped the CPU since photoshop seems to respond quite strongly to single-threaded performance, and changed the case to one that can accept more fans in case you upgrade the GPU in future and need more cooling to go with it.

I kept the UV400 in there but would strongly recommend the HyperX Savage or 850 Evo (better but more expensive) over it.

If you need to make any further savings you could consider dropping to 8GB of RAM and buying another 8GB later on. You could also consider not getting a DVD drive - assuming you aren't going to be using any CD/DVDs which a lot less people do these days, and once again you can buy either an external or internal one later on.

DVD drive is a good suggestion. :)

If going for the M-ATX build I posted above I'd strongly recommend getting 16gb RAM at the outset as the mobo has only 2 DIMMs, which means that if buying 8gb (2x4gb) now the RAM would need to be replaced in order to upgrade to 16gb later on, which obviously costs you more in the long run.
