FX8370 vs FX9590

I'm thinking of either a FX8370 with H100i, or a FX9590 with H100i using quiet fans. I'm having trouble deciding. I want that extra processing power but I also want the quieter fans, and also want the lower power consumption so less electricity bills. It's so hard to decide.

I'll be using processor intensive applications and gaming as well.

If you want it quieter and lower power usage then get an i5, the AMD CPUs are very outdated now, they've been around a good two or three years now. You're better off with an i5 and a decent air cooler.

I currently use an i7 processor and it's slow. Both of the AMD processors I mentioned are faster than i5 processors and much cheaper. I originally wanted to get the FX9590 but read a lot of negative reviews saying how loud the fans are, the temperatures are hot, and uses a lot of voltage.

For graphics card I'll get the FIREPRO™ W7100. FIREPRO™ W9100 is my ideal graphics card but I've decided to get the W7100 and upgrade in several years time.

I'll give you an example of the noise level I can't stand. Vortex 2 laptop, set the fans to turbo mode. That level of noise is too much for me.

What i7 do you have? For the majority of applications newer intel i5 and i7 CPUs should be much better.
