Frequent crashing

I am having frequent freezes which I have to hard reset. My pc is barely usable at this point. When I can pull up event viewer, it always shows WHEA-Logger, Event ID: 16, fatal hardware error, pci express root, primary device: pci\ven_8086&dev_a70d&subsys_88821043&rev_01

Is this a pc specialist system, if so please post the full spec from your orders page,if not you'll need somewhere like Tom's hardware, as this is a dedicated forum, for pcs customers
