FPS Issues

I have recently upgraded my graphics card from a RTX3060 to a 5070, I have upgraded the monitor to cope with that but I haven’t noticed much if any change in my FPS! The pc has fitted a Ryzen 5600x! I have tried to run the game (Warzone) on 1080p and also 1440 and both seem to be really poor frames! The display settings all look correct in the system settings and I have tried putting the in game settings about as low as they can go to boost it but I still don’t seem to be having any luck! Does anyone have any ideas?

Is this a pcspecialist machine? if so can you copy and paste your full specs from the PCS order page of your account?
If not, this forum is a closed one for PCSpecialist customers, you'd need an open forum like Tom's hardware

I have attached it! I also changed the power supply cable to what was advised by pcspecialist and I also upgraded my monitor accordingly!

Just copy and paste please, no images.

what make and model monitor are you using?

and also need the link to the power supply cable

Also need specifics, you say it’s low fps but that doesn’t mean anything, what specific numbers?

The cable i was advised to go with was the CORSAIR 12VHPWR 600W Cable for 40 series

The monitor I upgraded to was OAC Q27G3XMN

With the last graphics card I would get a steady between 110-120 fps. Since changing it now jumps a lot more anywhere from 90-140ish. The game starts on really high frames between 200-300 but once i get in game that drops right off, this is with the in game settings turned down about as low as they can be to max that number out.

Thanks in advance

I re installed the latest Nvidia driver to make sure it was up to date
Did you use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in safe mode, or just update/reinstall via the Nvidia app.

Not saying that this will solve your problem, but is one of the first steps in troubleshooting new GPU issues to ensure there‘s no old drivers/configs conflicting.
