Fn key darker than others (Vortex IV)

On my new Vortex IV the backlit Fn key is darker than the other keys. I'm not even sure it has its own light, it may only get light from neighbouring keys. Is this how the keyboard should be?

i would try blasting some compressed air under it, its maybe just something blocking the light.

mine is the same, the alt gr key gr part is dark also this is quite new laptop so do not think its dust

Mine is also the same with the fn key being darker than the rest of the keys and the Alt gr key being only half lit
