First gaming pc Appreciate any advice

Hi I'm new to the forum and computers in general being honestšŸ˜… so any advice or suggestions I would much appreciate.

Looking to buy a pc to game in 1440p. My budget is Ā£2500 but I wouldn't complain if I could spend a bit less for the same performance.

I'll post the link to the build I have guessed up again any suggestions even different case extra fans etc

Here's where I'd go for you, with a few tweaks. The 3080 is not necessary for 1440p: the 3060 Ti should be fine. The 3080 would be mega overkill. In an ideal world you might go for the 3070, but as it's out of stock the 3060 Ti should be absolutely fine.

I'd then change the motherboard, your storage solution, the power supply and get a separate WiFi card to give a really solid foundation for the build.

The only question I have is over the case: it has a front USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, while the motherboard doesn't have the header for it. I'm not sure whether this means the port won't work, or if it means it will be at a lower speed. If that bothers you, I'd suggest asking PCS directly. I don't believe any of the PCS motherboards has the header you'd need.

NB that if you did decide the 3060 Ti wasn't going to be enough (which I doubt but look at some benchmarks online for the games you'll be playing), you could get the 3080 and get it under Ā£2500 by going slightly less overkill on the storage solution.

Literally exactly the same as I was going to recommend but the spec didnt copy properly :( was mixed in with a diff spec
