First gaming laptop

I’m a total novice to PC gaming and I’m thinking of ordering a gaming laptop (needs to be portable due to busy lifestyle!). I want to run AAA games like AC, some FPS, as well as the newer Total War games that I’ve never been able to play.

Would this build do the job? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

These chassis are end of life, new models are due to be released in the coming weeks and have significant improvements in processing power but also efficiency. It’s a significant step up, if definitely hold out for the new models
