It's going to be for gaming and intensive 3D rendering. I was going to get another monitor but don't have enough room.

Godlike
Xeon and Quadro are not great at gaming, but will certainly do well for 3D rendering. Depending how intensive the 3D work is you would of been better to go for a i7/980 setup for games and it will still chug through 3D work.

That being said I would love 14core Xeons for my Plex server!

Think I'll ditch the 240GB KINGSTON HYPERX SAVAGE SSD, SATA 6 Gb/s (upto 560MB/sR | 530MB/sW). Read a review saying Kingston SSDs actually have speeds of 300MB not the advertised 560MB, the benchmark tests are based on using compressible data. Will choose a different SSD for backup.

Anyone used the 1.2TB INTEL® 750 SERIES 2.5" SSD (up to 2400MB/sR | 1200MB/sW) before?

Following on from this, for gaming the Quadro should be about equivalent to a 780ti for gaming - https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Can-you-game-on-an-NVIDIA-Quadro-GPU-604/

Certainly no slouch, but a bit worse than a 980ti for gaming.
