Config link https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/saved-configurations/amd-am5-sff-gaming/DjGBeRXZru/

Monitor - Alienware aw3420dw

Max Refresh Rate - 120 Hz
Size - 34"
Pixel Type - IPS
Native Resolution - 3440 x 1440
Variable Refresh Rate - G-SYNC

Max budget - Was aiming for the £2k mark, so already over...but could be convinced to spend (a bit) more if the reasoning is logical/valid

Hi - I am finally ready to pull trigger on my machine build. Have done as much research as I can and believe I have found the right config between a working machine for 3D Printing projects, Video Editing, home labs, and a solid gaming machine that can give me the 'PC Gaming' experience of high quality/ray tracing and high fps.

Here is the spec for my build - Should be noted I'm going for a 'higher end' build because this has been a saved tab on my phone for nearly two years and I'm treating myself, I am aware that I could reduce cost and performance to get the same sort of results for my needs...but, shiny things:

- Thermaltake tower 200 vertical gaming tower case - I have a specific space and this fits perfectly, prefer 'tower' type set ups too
- AMD Ryzen 9 7900 12 core processor - Looked at the 7900x but the stock 7900 is better power consumption, less heat production, and can overclock to 4.7/5.0GHz from 4.0/3.7GHz (haven't decided yet, was going to play and test)
- ASUS ROG STRIX B650-I motherboard - Best of the two options made available to me through builder
- Corsair vengeance 32GB RAM RGB 5600MHz 2 X 16GB - Feel like this should be sufficient...Happy to be proven/told I'm wrong though
- 12GB MSI RTX 4070 VENTUS GDDR6 - Was going to go for the RTX 4060TI but after further consideration/research, the 4070 out performs it to such a degree it warrants the upgrade for this build, and upgrading to the 4070 (relatively) doesn't add that much more to overall price
- 1TB Corsair Elite MP600 SSD - Where OS and main applications will be hosted
- 2TB Corsair Core XT MP600 SSD - For gaming and complex files
- 2 X 2TB Seagate Barracuda HDD - Storage for everything else and potential back up drive
- Corsair 650W RM Series PSU - Suggested a 550w but this seems to be the better option, and is quieter
- Corsair H100x CPU Cooler - Planning to overclock the CPU so seems logical to have a decent CPU cooling system
- Arctic MX-4 Thermal Paste (on CPU) - Because sensible
- 4 x Corsair RS120 ARGB fans - Because they light up, and do some cooling I guess

Hi can you include the full spec from your order page including the configurable link? Also let us know the budget for the pc. Most common questions are here: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/foru...posting-collaboration-of-helpful-hints.77691/

First thought from me is that there's no need for the Arctic thermal paste if going for the Corsair AIOs the thermal paste that's pre-applied to the AIOs is mighty enough :)
Ahh apologies I have updated my original post now 👍
