Just to include the following:

Monitor - 4k high refresh rate but have not yet decided on the model
Uses - Gaming, streaming, VR possibly but not just yet. Also as a backup workstation but this is less important
Max Budget - I'm flexible with the budget as I hope to have this for years and will use it for work to some extent. That said, 3,600 as above is quite high and would like to be in and around that range unless there is a compelling reason to increase this somewhat
