It's in the Steam store so it will be available on Steam (or at least the US steam store) - I would suggest somewhere like greenmangaming or getgamesgo or amazon (clicky's) for cheap deals - sometimes its just about finding a good deal when they are on for a short time.

Not sure as i have not seen that version but if you want a disc version with all the bonus DLC packs get the >insane edition from amazon<, it's £34.99 at the moment but when i pre-ordered it was £29.99 but it may drop down again before release oh and it has a Vaas wahine bobblehead if you like little collectors extras
