Need some help, My son has started a factory reset on his gaming PC and has been stuck on 99% for over 12 hours. I Assume this has been asked before, but what can i do to resolve this issue please.
Is this a PC Specialist machine if so can you post the full spec from your orders page, if not I'm afraid we can't help as this is a dedicated forum for PCS customers, however you could check on Toms Hardware which is an open forum
No its not, but my laptop is a PC specialist machine, just thought i may get some general advice on how to get it working again
