Exhaust fan not running.

Just noticed one of my Corsair case fans (exhaust)is not running? I've tried to see what's going on in the BIOS but it says all 4 fans are running the same.

Would anyone be able to give me some clues as to where to look for a fix? Thanks!!!

Can you post your specs? Would help us understand how the fan might be connected (e.g. directly to motherboard or to a fan controller).

And which fan is it? The rear one? Or one connected to the H115 AIO?
Edit: I'm assuming the following fan setup:

• Two fans connected to AIO radiator installed at the top of the case, with the fans connected to and controlled by the Commander Core that the AIO is connected to.
• Three LL120 fans installed at the front of the case, connected to either the Commander Core, or a fan repeater that came with case
• Single non-Corsair fan installed as a rear exhaust, connected directly to a motherboard fan header.

If you can confirm which fan ,we can direct you where to look for a possible loose connection, etc
