The minidump folder has a padlock on it, and I can't access the file 100314-7254-01.dmp, says access denied.

The BCCode (Bug Check Code, also known as a Stop Code) A (or more properly 0x0000000A) is a common one, it's called IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and 99.99% of the time it's a driver issue. BCP3 (parameter 3, whose value is 1) indicates that a write operation was in progress, and that eliminates all your read-only devices (like the mouse for example). The other parameters don't contain information you can probably use.

So....have you recently installed hardware with a driver (even a USB stick)? Have you updated drivers recently?

It might just be a one-off but if you have made any changes recently that's where I'd start.

Hi

I have been running lots of tools at Malwarebytes.org following their advice.

Firefox has crashed two times so far at windows7 startup.

If this blue screen reappears ill have to use my reflect backup from 9 weeks ago.

thanks

BSOD 0x0000000A is not likely to be malware, it's almost always a driver.

A restore to a known good image is a good solution (that's what I'd do).
