Error Message IaStor

Got this error a couple of times tonight:

The device, \Device\Ide\iaStor0, did not respond within the timeout period.

With two SSD's in Raid 1 (Mirror) seems a little odd. the second event when the PC was switched on and left idle for about 30 mins before the error message.

Any suggestions?

There appears to be a fix here: http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/f108/solved-device-ide-iastor0-did-not-respond-within-the-timeout-period-634560.html I've not encountered this problem myself (don't use Raid)

Just happened again tonight whilst the PC was completely idle.

Not happened since 30th Dec, but hardly using the new PC at the moment since it's only used for photo editing.

Just turned the 'Link State Power Management' setting to 'OFF' from 'Moderate power setting' in Control Pane/ Power Options.
I do have Raid 1 setup on my SSD's.
