Hey guys.

I got my Enigma a few months ago (january)
and every time i switch it on, the disc tray opens automatically any advice quick fixes.. otherwise the laptop is superb.

At what point does the disc tray open automatically? As soon as you turn it on? When Windows starts loading? After you log in?

I received my Enigma yesterday and I get the same.
It happens as soon as power is on (before the boot screen has finished) and also after windows exist sleep mode.

I phoned PCS due to a graphics card issue and mentioned this. They suggested the firmware on the drive may be wrong.
Try to find out which unit is installed and look for firmware updates.

same problem as the guy above. I will try and do that. if all else fails probably uninstall it and reinstall see if it helps. will try looking for the firmware.
