Enigma III no power from laptop

I plugged the charger in to the laptop today and there was no power....I don't know if its the power point on the laptop or the charger that has gone...not having the best of luck with this lappy lol...any ideas?

When you plug in the power from to wall into the power block, do you here a pop when you do (it should be a fairly quiet one) and also, is there a green light on the power block, if so does it light up?

Can it run directly off mains (without the battery being in) or does it not work with or without?

also tried changing the fuse in the power supply but still nothing

To be honest then I would get in touch with PCS's Tech Support on 0844 499 4000.

Unless you can get a Mod with the knowledge to quiz you on it, see if they can come up with anything. But I would still advise giving them a call and explaining your situation. Sorry to hear you're having problems . Hope you get it sorted soon!
