Emulator for android necessary ?

Hi there i would like t use some applications like instagram and a few other mobile applications that you can access from a computer but have limited functionality. For example Instagram you are unable to make posts from a desktop. So i thought getting a emulator may work, but it seems rather counter productive for the applications from google play to not do what whatsapp has done?

Any ideas?

If there's nothing on the Windows Store (I use a free app from the Store to more easily use Whatsapp on my PC) then check add ins for Chrome.

Andy Android Emulator is to be avoided !!! hyper long to start despite a dual processor 3.33 gh. Too bad that bluestacks be paid because it works much better
