Email notifications

I'm not sure email notifications (subscriptions) are working from the forum. I've a few threads where I've subscribed and selected instant email notification .. and had none, despite there being new posts.

And of course I've just received one, the first ever.
Maybe just thinking it didn't work has fixed it
