Elimina 17” chassis (NH77DPQ) review

Thought some people may find the following review helpful. It is of a laptop built using the same chassis as the Elimina 17”. It’s spec, particular the CPU, is inferior to the Elimina but goes into quite a lot of detail around the GPU and the look and feel of the machine that should be applicable to the PCS version.

I have an Elimina 17” and don’t personally find it big and bulky. I had a massive 18.4 inch laptop previously and the Elimina is tiny in comparison, but I guess it may still be large compared to other chassis available on the market now.

I have an Octane and although bulky and about 4 kg plus a power unit the size of a big brick am really happy with it.

To me it is a simple trade off, better performance and cooling rather than slim and lightweight. Probably a good job I flew business class to Australia, needed the extra hand baggage allowance to get it on board
