is this 24" monitor compatable with the nvidia 3d vision kit?

No, for a monitor to be compatible with the nvidia 3d vision, it needs to run @ 120Hz. Unfortunately the iiyama E2472HD-1 doesn't.

To be honest, if you're in the market for new monitor, anything which is 3d compatible will have it plastered all over them as it is the "big selling point" at the moment.
