Hi Wilmck317, best way to get it is to contact PCS directly, i contacted them for my previous Vortex Laptop and i think that they provided me with a download link.

May i ask what the problem is that you have that your trying a Bios update?

I don't think the Op is trying to update the BIOS they just want to access it, unless I'm misreading.

Have you checked the manual that came in the welcome pack? I'm not sure of the key combo in specific laptops but they can vary widely. Common keys are delete, f1, f2 f5 or f12. More often than not the correct key is displayed during the POST process, it can be very quick so you need to look quickly.

Some laptops want you to hold down one of those keys then tap the power button, some want other slightly strange combos but the above is by far the most common. Just spam the button from the moment you push the power button as you do need to time it correctly.

Thanks all, yeah it was just trying to access it. and thank you SpyderTracks, the problem is it's booting too bloody fast for a key press. Never knew you could get in from the settings before.

It's a new things since windows 8 for exactly the reason that post is too short to register the key presses.

Glad it helped.
