Hello.
I have a bit of a daft question regarding the returns process. I think I have a faulty component in my PC and spoke to PCSpecialist who recommended I RMA the PC for them to have a look.
I no longer have the original packaging for my PC and they sent out a new box which I received today.
They sent me an email with a link to click and organise a date for collection once I've received the box, but it's asking if I have attached the returns label.
I checked my emails and don't seem to have received a returns label, only a PDF copy of my RMA. I've also checked my account but it's just a copy of the RMA form I submitted.
The box has on it PCSpecialist's return address and the label with my own address, but I'm not sure if this is enough.
Is the box itself okay or have I still to receive the returns label? I don't want to click Yes in case it's not suitable for collection.
Thanks.
