download speed

Before upgrading my pc i averaged 200-300 mbps when downloading things, since upgrading i get no more than 20 at most times. am i missing something or is this just something ill need to get used to. i use the same wifi with the same ethernet cable {ive tried using a new cable and no changes}

Is this a pcspecialist system? Can you copy and paste your full specs from the order page of your pcs account?
