Do I Need ThunderMaster Or Should I Uninstall It

When simply sitting at the desktop with no programs running, my CPU fan is going up and down ever so slightly (but rather annoyingly) and it's being caused by the ThunderMaster app (something to do with the Graphics card I have I believe) - do I need this to be installed or is it just for tinkering with the card? Is it OK to uninstall or should I keep it installed?

It's fine to uninstall, won't cause any issues, it's a tweaking app for fan profiles and overclocking.
