Basically the title, one of case fans just died and needs replacing. I found out that they are quite inexpensive so I didn't want to rma it if I could buy quickly at a local store rather then waiting for it.
I dunno, check their website and see if they do as it lists stock in your local store or if you can order in. Or you could call PCS now (open to 8pm), tell them the problem, and see if they'll just mail you a new fan if it's still under warranty.
