Jo Buckley is the Head of Customer Service Support.
Jayne Fox is the Customer Support Services Team Manager at DHL Global Forwarding
Ask for either of these people if the support is going no where. Also, ask to speak to the Manager, and reference Jo Buckleys name. Just mention casually that you know her from previous experience and work engagements and would rather not elevate the call to that level.
