Desktop Gaming/Streaming Machine

Hello there,

In February 2014 I want to buy myself a desktop for gaming/streaming. I know this is a bit early but I changed my mind so much last time after I had reached my final build that I want to give it a few months so I can settle on something that will fulfil my need for great technology without going overly mental (Or massively over budget like last time).

Functions: The most taxing thing the machine will have to do is play the latest games (SC2, GTAV [it'll be out on PC by then hopefully],DOTA 2 and anything else that takes my fancy) at highest settings whilst live-streaming to Twitch at 1080P.

Preferences: I'm not overly fussed on neon lights and having my PC look like a Transformer on crack. I would like to use a larger case with better cooling. I also don't care too much about fan noise, I would rather have my components cool and hopefully last longer. I want an SSD for my OS(Win 7) and the games I play most. I'd like at least 2TB storage.

Unknown: Do I go for a single high end GPU or go SLi or Xfire? Intel i5/i7 or AMD CPU? Overclocking the CPU or not? Water or fan cooled?

Budget: pfff well... when it comes to things like this my willpower has the breaking strain of a wet paper bag however I would like to keep the total cost between €1500 and €2000. This needs to include shipping to Spain, Keyboard, Mouse and webcam. I have a 32" HD Monitor already.
There's still wiggle room at the €2000 end of the budget but there would need to be a damn good reason to go over.

Would anyone care to configure some ideas for me? Hopefully I can get answers to my uncertainty now so come February I can just buy the damn thing :D

Thanks,
Cadwah

Probably best wait until nearer the time as some components may be replaced and no longer available come February.
