In the last few days, I saw a lot of questions about our delivery times, in addition to the following website https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/delivery/ I thought an overview of the different options would be appreciated 
When will I know my order has been dispatched?
When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email confirming the dispatch and we will provide you with a consignment number which you can track online from roughly 6 pm that evening. If you provided a mobile telephone number when you placed the order, we will also send you a text message confirming the dispatch and containing the consignment number.
Standard insured delivery to UK Mainland (Mon-Fri)
Standard option if not changed by yourselves!
Will arrive on the next working day, so Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm. If dispatched on a Friday, it will arrive the following Monday, but if you want to have it Saturday/Sunday, you need to ring us.
Timed Delivery to UK Mainland – Mon – Fri (before 2 pm)
£9
Basically the same as above, but DPD delivers it between 8 am and 2 pm. If dispatched on a Friday, it will arrive the following Monday.
Timed Delivery to UK Mainland – Mon – Fri (before 10.30am)
£18
Exactly the same as above will be delivered between 8 am and 10.30am though. If dispatched on a Friday, it will arrive the following Monday.
Saturday / Sunday delivery to UK mainland (before 2 pm) or
Sunday delivery to UK mainland (before 2 pm)

The only option to get it delivered on the weekend! It will arrive between 9 am and 2 pm, either on Saturday or Sunday. If the build is ready on e.g. a Monday, we will hold it back till Friday, then dispatch it and it will arrive on either day. If you see your system is ready for dispatch on a Monday and you don’t want to wait till Saturday, give us a ring and we can change it. Those changes have to be done by the account holder over the phone, not live chat, not forum, not email!
DPD Pickup – Collect from your local shop from 12 Noon
Free of charge
Will be delivered to a DPD shop where you can pick it up the following workday, after 12 o’clock. DPD should email you or even send a message to your phone when it’s ready and you choose the DPD Shop yourself during the ordering process. So you might choose a shop near work, near your parents or wherever. Some of those DPD shops might be open on Saturday and Sundays, but that is up to them, not us and we can’t change timeframes on your behalf.
Scottish Highlands & UK Offshore Islands / Northern Ireland
£12
This is a delivery between 8 am and 5 pm during a workday (Mon-Fri), Saturday or Sunday is NOT possible at all and it will take two working days. So, as an example, if we dispatch it Monday, it should arrive on Wednesday. If we dispatch it on a Friday, it should arrive on Tuesday.
Beware: no other options are available for Scottish Highlands & UK Offshore Islands!
2 Day Delivery to Channel Islands (VAT Exkl.)
£19
This is a delivery between 8 am and 5 pm during a workday (Mon-Fri), Saturday or Sunday is NOT possible at all and it will take two working days. So, as an example, if we dispatch it on Monday, it should arrive on Wednesday. If we dispatch it on a Friday, it should arrive on Tuesday.
Beware: no other options are available for the Channel Islands!
2-3 days delivery to the Republic of Ireland
£19
This is a delivery between 8 am and 5 pm during a workday (Mon-Fri), Saturday or Sunday is NOT possible at all and it will take two to three working days. In our experience it tends to be 3 days, so check your emails regularly. So, as an example, if we dispatch it on Monday, it should arrive on Thursday. If we dispatch it on a Friday, it should arrive on Wednesday.
Beware: no other options are available for the Republic of Ireland!
2-3 days delivery to BFPO (British forces post office)
Costs calculated at a later point in the order process
As stated, it takes 2-3 days for the delivery, please make absolutely sure all the data is correct. Especially a mobile number and a contact person name are important for a successful delivery. The delivery will be between 8 am and 5 pm
2-3 days delivery to Europe
This is strongly conditional on the actual country we’re delivering to. France can take two days, Norway up to 8 days even. The costs vary for each country and will be shown at a later point in the order process.
Heads up!
When DPD gives you a timeslot, which normally they tell you through an email or message on your phone on the day of the delivery, we cannot change that.
For example: If you choose the standard delivery and are only available between 8am to 1pm and DPD informs you they come by at 3pm, you have to make sure someone is available to accept the parcel. If no one is available, they will try again and take the parcel back to the depot. There is literally nothing we can do about that. So please choose a delivery option that suits you best.
