Delays to testing etc

My pc has been built for 8 days now but still hasn't entered testing. I was informed 2 days ago about a delay in computers entering the testing phase but I haven't heard anything since. I would just like to know how much longer will I have to wait? Is anyone else experiencing these same issues?

Is it a desktop? I wouldn't worry but if you want an update you just need to contact them.

yes it's a desktop. I will give it until tomorrow and I will contact them again.

One last thing - I have just received a pay rise at work and now I would be able to buy a lot better rig (mine is only £570). I could probably fork out another £500 on it at the end of the month. Is it possible to put the order on hold until I get paid (Monday) so I can upgrade the parts?

I think it is better for you to call them directly for an official response but you may be better off cancelling your order and starting again with the new budget.

I am currently speaking to one of the sales team representatives. I'm going to post my spec on the forum and try and get some suggestions - I'm aware that you are in the know on these sort of things so I will fully appreciate your help.

Thanks

I am at 20 working days and still in pre-production...
The 7970 label about its ETA has been cleared so I assume they have it in stock again. Last time I spoke with them on the phone, they said they have no other hardware missing for my setup. Why can't it enter production then?
I guess they are very busy.
