Defiance III extremely loud

Hi Guys,

Recently received my Defiance III, and i have issues with the fan speeds. My cpu and gpu is around 40-45 celsius, so no need to cool the laptop, but the fans are still almost working on maximum. On the control panel, tried to change, but apart from stops for a second, nothing changes, after 2 sec`s it goes back to the same speed... Im using it from minidisplay or hdmi. Is this cause the issue? Or i just got a faulty one...?

I dont have any option for fan controller at all. Actually the only way to go to the bios for me is if i restart the laptop with shift from windows. with F2 it wont load up the bios..

That's really strange. Is it definitely F2 to enter the BIOS?

There should be fan controller options as default. I believe the best option is "Overclocked" from the menu. This is just what I'm reading though, I won't know first hand until I get my hands on mine.

This might be a long shot but have you installed the control centre driver? You can easily choose fan profile once you install this. Also, hitting Fn+1 will make your fans go at full speed all the time.
