Cheaper cpu, silver warranty and changing the secondary drive for a standard hdd unless there is a specific reason for 1TB SSD drive

You can check benchmarks online for the gtx 1070, it should max games at high settings. My comment is based on spending less to get similar performances. If you are happy with the choice of cpu and components go for it.

The graphics card is a beast, ik that. The CPU and other components are very good as well. Hope it will be sufficient for another 3/4 years.

I would change a few components as they're either causing a slow down or not providing any improvement...

32gb ram down to 16, 32 will never be used by any games in the lifetime of the laptop
I'd lower that CPU to the 7700 as that one will not provide any improvement for 99% of games.
You've opted for a very slow M2 drive that's slower than most SATA SSD's, a proper performing m2 will cost only a few pounds more but for 3 times the performance
Up the paste for improved cooling.
At least silver warranty.

That build doesn't make a lot of sense really. Sacrificing important components for unimportant ones, costing way more than it needs to.

I didnt ask about any potential changes that could be made. I just wanted someone to tell me what this setup is capable of. Thanks in advance

Well... we're suggesting suitable changes because your build isn't very good and hugely wasteful of money. It would take 5 seconds to google the benchmarks of a laptop 1070 in games.

You're spending £2266 approx on a gaming Defiance that will game just as well as a £1700 one. You're spending almost £500 on, quite literally, nothing you'll notice. If you want to spend that much than at least get a 17" Octane with a 1080 in it and a better SSD and even that is still a bit cheaper.
