Hi. I bought my defiance II 15 three weeks ago. So far I'm happy with everything hardware related. However i have 2 problems with software (Windows 10 here)
First, when notebook goes to sleep mode after inactivity or when I close the lid if I'm watching video on youtube or any other video it seems it can't return from sleep state. There is ventilators sound, keyboard and indicator lights working too but screen remains black. The only way is to force restart notebook by holding power button.
Second, when I'm using external monitor on my notebook screens seems to randomly black out for 1-2 seconds on desktop or when I'm browsing on internet or watching videos (it's not happening when I'm playing games). It's not very often, maybe 3-6 times per hour.
I tried to look information on the internet, but found nothing useful so far. Any ideas what causes this?
